Why do people in the UK (the birthplace of the English language) speak so badly?
Here is my list
Birk = book
Kirk = cook
Ospitoo = hospital
I was sat = I was sitting
React = response
And there are plenty more as heard on the Television - constantly.
It drives me nuts!
It happens here across the pond also. And, yes, it drives me nuts too...LOL
