There have been reports in the papers of Obesity causing cancer, - DEADLIER THAN SMOKING! Well, with all the hoo-ha about smoking one would think there was NOTHING deadlier than smoking.
And again, two reports - one that HPV causes mouth cancer and that Alcohol causes mouth cancer.
I've got to the stage of believing all these scientific twististics to guarantee your funding, is about as good as saying masturbation causes insanity. This is just using cancer as a weapon to scare people. And the media spreads it. It worked well with second hand smoke - very iffy science proving that. Why not try the same tactic on some other social 'evil' like obesity, drinking and sex?
